Knowledge, Practice, and Healing

Keep the Chai Flowing

I study, teach, write, and research because I genuinely cannot imagine doing anything else. Yoga texts, embodied practice, clinical herbalism, the wisdom of classical India are how I understand the world, and sharing them is how I stay connected to something that matters.

Over the years that has taken many shapes: Yoga Readers sessions on Zoom, written guides, recorded lectures, research articles, academic talks. Most of it I offer freely to whoever finds their way here because I believe this knowledge belongs to anyone willing to sit with it.

Good study, like good chai, takes time, care, and tending. If something I’ve shared has touched your practice or your thinking, you are warmly invited to keep the chai flowing.

Your contribution helps sustain:

  • free community reading sessions on Zoom
  • session guides and written study materials
  • recorded lectures and teachings
  • ongoing research and writing
