Cancellation Policy
Customers are entitled to cancel a transaction in accordance with Israeli law.
Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771–2010.
Cancellation Policy for Online Courses: Please note that registration for this course is non-refundable. Once you have registered, your participation is confirmed, and no cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Participants who cannot attend the live sessions may still access all recordings at their convenience.
Study Packs & Recorded Sessions
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of Study Packs and individual session recordings are final. Once you have access to downloadable PDFs or streaming recordings, refunds cannot be provided. If you purchase a Study Pack or recording and change your mind, you will retain access to all materials for a minimum of three (3) months from the date of purchase. After three months, ongoing access is provided as a courtesy but is not guaranteed indefinitely – I encourage you to download any PDFs and take notes during this initial period. If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased materials, please contact me within 14 days of purchase so I can help resolve the issue. This policy helps me continue creating high-quality study resources while honoring the investment you’ve made in your practice and learning.
Cancellation Policy for “Talk Yoga with Agi” conversation sessions
Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that circumstances change, and I offer the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: 75% refund or full credit toward a future session
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund or 75% credit toward a future session
- No-shows without notification: No refund or credit
To cancel or reschedule, please email me or use the link in your confirmation email.
By sending a donation through the “Buy Me a Chai” page, you understand and agree that:
- Your contribution is entirely voluntary.
- It is not a payment for any goods or services.
- It is intended solely as a gesture of appreciation and support for Agi’s content, teaching, and community offerings (e.g., yoga classes, book club, educational videos, or writings).
- Since donations are voluntary and not in exchange for a product or service, all contributions are non-refundable. You are making a personal gift to support independent work.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
