The Light on Prāāyāma Study Pack is for those who want to build a lasting resource – something you can return to in your teaching and practice over months and years.

It brings together everything we explored during the Yoga Readers cycle on Iyengar’s Light on Prāāyāma, organized in a way that makes it easy to study and revisit.

What’s included

1. Full access to all study session recordings

All the Yoga Readers meetings on Light on Prāāyāma – watch and rewatch at your own pace. Good if you joined late, missed sessions, or want to revisit key themes.

2. Guiding & reflection questions (organized by unit)

All the focus questions from the reading cycle, clearly organized. Plus reflection prompts to help you connect Iyengar’s teaching with your own embodied practice and life. A practical tool you can use with students or study groups.

3. Sanskrit terms PDF

Core Sanskrit terms from Light on Prāāyāma with transliteration and brief explanations – bridging the gap between the text, classical terminology, and modern understanding.

4. Further reading & bibliography

Selected references to Iyengar’s other works, classical texts, and contemporary scholarship.

5. Scholar–practitioner perspective

Sessions led by me – an Iyengar Yoga teacher and scholar of yoga philosophy. I bring together Sanskrit sources, Iyengar’s embodied commentary, and contemporary research. A thoughtful approach to prāāyāma, rooted in tradition and informed by modern sensitivity.

This is especially useful for:

  • Iyengar Yoga teachers and trainees
  • Practitioners who want to understand prāāyāma beyond “a few breathing exercises”
  • Anyone who appreciates both philosophical depth and practical application
  • Those who want a curated reference to return to as practice matures

Price: $72
Early Bird (Until February 18th, 2026): $62

Once you purchase, you have ongoing access to everything in the Study Pack.
