Who Is a Private Session Suitable For?

No prior experience is required. The practice is adapted to where you are.

How Does a Private Session Work?

Each session is built according to your current condition and intention.

We work with clear verbal instruction, demonstration when needed, and hands-on adjustments โ€” always respectfully and in accordance with your comfort.

Props such as blocks, belts, blankets, and chairs are used to refine alignment and support understanding of the action.

The focus is not on intensity, but on clarity.
The work is progressive and structured, building layer upon layer.

A Therapeutic Dimension

In addition to being a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, I am also recognized as a yoga therapist and a scholar of yoga in Religious Studies.

I work with NATAL (Israel Trauma and Resiliency Center) and with PTSD rehabilitation projects of the Ministry of Defense. This experience informs my understanding of pacing, regulation, and gradual progression.

Private sessions are not psychotherapy. However, they are conducted with careful attention to safety, structure, and nervous system awareness.

Location, Fees & Scheduling

Private sessions take place in Jerusalem (Arnonah area).

The space is quiet, fully equipped, and suitable for precise and focused work.

Sessions are scheduled by prior arrangement.

Agi Wittich PhD

Agi Wittich is a yoga practitioner since two decades, and is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher. Wittich studied Sanskrit and Tamil at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, completing a PhD with a focus on Hinduism, Yoga, and Gender. She has published academic papers exploring topics such as Iyengar yoga and women, the effects of Western media on the image of yoga, and an analysis of the Thirumanthiram yoga text.
