A course of selected themes from the Yoga Sutras with Dr. Agi Wittich
The Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali are the philosophical heart of yoga. For yoga practitioners they are a living guide that shapes how we move, breathe, and perceive ourselves. This course is designed for practitioners who want to go deeper and to study the Sūtras with rigor and clarity, to connect them with Iyengar’s teachings, and to discover how they illuminate the path of practice today.
This course is for yoga practitioners and teachers who want to approach the Yoga Sūtras as a living text—something you can think with, practice with, and return to over time. I teach from both scholarship and practice: we read carefully, we interpret responsibly, and we translate ideas into a grounded yogic life.
