How well do you really know Iyengar’s reading of the Yoga Sūtras? Not only the definitions, but the language, the metaphors, the psychological observations, and the way the sūtras appear in lived practice. I created a short quiz inspired by Light on the Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali — touching on citta, abhyāsa, vairāgya, the kośas, sthira-sukham āsanam, and Iyengar’s unique way of translating philosophy into embodied experience. Some questions are textual. Some are experiential. Some may make you recognize your own mind in practice. A small invitation to reflect, remember, and perhaps also discover how much depth still waits inside these teachings.
